WFR responds to afternoon grass fire near Watertown

Watertown Fire Rescue called to the above location for a grass fire. The ditch on the north side of 176th street was burning. Brush 2 and Brush 3  contained the blaze and then extinguished. Fire was confined to less than one acre. The origin is unknown. A nearby farmer said he had just put a small fire out along the same road a half a mile to the east. Both fires appeared to be accidental in nature.
