Ice Arena
 The Ice Arena is an indoor facility designed for hockey and ice skating that has refrigerated ice. Concessions, restrooms, bleachers and a warming area are provided. The Ice Arena is available for rentals, i.e. church groups, service clubs and special interest groups. The rate is $60.00 per hour (includes supervisor), 25% discount for religious, charitable and youth groups. Call 882-6260 for more information. Watertown Skate Park
The Park and Rec Department operates and maintains a Skate Park facility located at the Watertown Middle School (601 11th St. NE). The purpose of this facility is for the enjoyment of skateboarding, in-line skating and BMX bikes. The facility is available for all ages and skill abilities. The park offers a variety of ramps to accommodate all ability levels.
We would like to remind skaters: SKATE SMART
- Helmets are Required at all times
- Recommended: Wrist supports, knee and elbow pads.
- The park is closed when ramps are wet or icy.
- Know your skating ability and stay within it.
- Serious injuries may occur from falling, colliding or being hit by a board.
- Skate Park Rules:
- All skaters are required to have a signed waiver on file
- Helmets are required at all times
- Use trashcans
- No graffiti
- No alcohol, tobacco or drugs
- No glass containers
- No scooters are allowed
- One skater per ramp at a time
- Recklessness will not be tolerated
Skate Park Hours:
- Park will open in the spring when weather permits
- Park will close in the fall the second Sunday of October
- School year hours: 7 days a week
- 4:00 – 7:00PM (April and October)
- 4:00 – 8:00PM (May and September)
- Summer Hours: 7 days a week
- 3:00 – 9:00PM (June – August)
