The City of Watertown has develop, implement, and enforce measures to address stormwater runoff from new development and redevelopment

·          Adopted the Postconstruction Section of the Stormwater Ordinance  

·          Adopted the Postconstruction BMP Manual  

·          Site Plan Review, Inspection, and Enforcement procedures

·          Engage Phase II Task Force in decisions

Sites greater than one acre (and sites less than one acre but part of a larger common development greater than one acre) require postconstruction stormwater management practices as described in the Postconstruction BMP Manual
