The City of
Watertown conducts the following activities to involve the public in the development and implementation of its Stormwater Phase II Program:

The public should report any observed illicit discharges or illegal dumping to area waterways, the city’s storm sewer system, or areas draining to them.

Examples could include dumping used oil into street inlets, dumping restaurant grease traps in parking lots, or tracking sediment into city streets or off the property of a construction site.
