Subdivision of Land
The subdivsion ordinance, along with the Comprehensive Land Use Plan, helps manage the subdivision of land within the CIty. The ordinance provides regulations concerning the coordination of streets, utilities and drainage, which helps foster efficient and orderly urban growth compatible with the natural environent and prevents premature subdivision.

Subdivision consists of the following steps:

  • Annexation (if needed)
  • Preliminary Plan
  • Plat
  • Construction Plans
  • Record Drawings

  • Park Dedication Requirements
  • Subdivsion Exemptions
  • Subdivision of Land - Title 24
