Children's Programming 

Story Time
Story time programs aim to instill a love of reading by encouraging parents and other special adults to read aloud to children.   Activities in story time promote brain and language development for children from birth to age 5. At story time, children and caregivers are introduced to five early literacy skills that are essential for learning to read including phonological awareness, vocabulary, letter knowledge, print awareness, and background knowledge. Remember: Sing, Talk, Play, Write, READ!

Lego Club - Wednesday, March 25th 1:00p.m - 3:00p.m.
Looking for some fun during your afternoon off from school? Drop in any time from 1pm until 3 pm and join our Lego Club! Come show off your building skills or try your hand at something new! We will put the finished items on display until our next meeting. We are always looking for more Legos to use in our programming, if you would like to donate, please drop off your Legos at the front desk.

Tween Book Club - Wednesday, March 25th 3:30p.m.
Looking for some fun during your afternoon off from school? Check out our new book club for tweens, ages 9-12! Help us choose the books to read, enjoy some snacks, and get to know each other! You can still pick up a copy of our next book, "Wonder" by R.J. Palacio at the desk in the library.

Spring Break Movies  - Thursday, March 19th and Friday, March 20th at 2:30pm

Looking for fun over Spring Break? Drop in March 19th and 20th at 2:30pm for a free movie with popcorn and drinks! Thursday, March 19th join us for a book based movie about Alexander and his bad day, and March 20th join us for a Dolphin's tail sequel.
