  • Engineering Design Standards 
    • These Design Standards apply to all public improvements within the incorporated area of the City of Watertown except where superseded by federal or state requirements.
  • Watertown Standard Plates
    • The city has created standard plates to be utilized along side with engineering guidelines and standard detail specifications. 
  • Construction Project Information
    • Maps and updated information of the current construction projects in Watertown.
  • Permits
    • Grading, Excavation, floodplain, curb-cuts, side walks, street approach and storage of building materials in street permits.
  • Drainage and Stormwater
    • Resources including manuals, newsletters and tips to manage things like stormwater, erosion and landscaping.
  • Floodplain Information
    • Studies, maps, links and resources for flood safety and damage protection.
  • Maps
    • Flood risk, zoning, wards, precinct maps and more.
  • Development
    • Planning and Zoning is responsible for the orderly development of the city and the administration of various land use regulations, including the zoning ordinance and subdivision ordinance.
