Watertown Parks, Recreation and Forestry provides the location, tables, chairs, activities, and a staff person to help run the party. You provide the food, non-alcoholic beverage, eating supplies, decorations, and party favors. Parties are offered on Fridays or Saturdays. Birthday parties are held at the City Auditorium or the Fieldhouse.
