Derby Downs is a facility located at the junction of 32nd St. W. and Golf Course Road (County Road 12) in northwest Watertown that provides community members the access to rent a clubhouse that features meeting rooms, kitchen facilities and restrooms. It also features a rodeo arena that may be rented for various purposes. 

• Reservations can only be made for the fiscal year in which you are calling.
• The fee to reserve the Clubhouse is $100.00 per day and requires a $50.00 damage/security deposit.
• The fee to reserve the Arena is $150.00 per day and requires a $50.00 damage/security deposit.
• No reservations will be allowed in the months of November – May 1.
