HR Coordinates with current and prospective employees to ensure staffing and efficiency within the City departments. Ensures employees are informed on the benefits offered and assists with the preparation of required documents and submitted in a timely manner. The HR department also oversees the Safety and Risk management program for the city. The HR Director will coordinate with the Mayor, City Attorney, management and all City employees to provide any and all Human Resources needs.
