Holger Oswald's presentation sheds light on Germany's international and security policy, especially after Russia's invasion of Ukraine. The Russian war in Ukraine has a profound impact on Germany's stance within the EU and NATO. Germany's new Chancellor Olaf Scholz announced a new approach of their foreign policy which is in disagreement with his predecessors Chancellor Gerhard Schroeder and Chancellor Angela Merkel.
