Watertown Fire Rescue responded to the first of three accidents at around 12pm at the intersection of 3rd St W and Hwy 212 in front of Watertown Family Aquatic Center. No Injuries were reported. WFR crews cleaned up debris and oil from the roadway.
The second accident was on southbound I-29 about a mile south of town, and occurred at about 3pm. A vehicle was slowing down for the construction site and was rear-ended by another southbound vehicle. No injuries were reported in this accident and crews cleaned up an oil spill. The third accident happen at the intersection of Oakwood Road and HWY 212, at about 410pm. This accident caused one vehicle to roll onto its top. There were no injuries to the occupant of the vehicle that rolled but two patients were transported to PLH from the other vehicle. Extent of the injuries were unknown.
