On 04/12/2018 at approximately 0202 hours, a Watertown Police Department officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 200 block of 5th Street Southeast for a traffic violation. During the traffic stop, the 37 year old male driver, Brad Hall, was found to be in possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. The male also admitted to being under the influence of methamphetamine during the traffic stop. The male was taken into custody and transported to the Codington County Detention Center. The driver was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance, Ingestion of a Controlled Substance, DUI 3rd, Driving While Suspended, Improper Right Turn, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
