Kari Johnston, Human Service Agency, Mental Health Officer Alexis Buysse, and Angela Hyde, NAMI join moderator Kelli Rumpza, Human Service Agency to discuss mental health. Learn about mental health, what it is like to see a counselor, self-care, and more.
