On July 17, 2021 at 11:25 am, Watertown Fire Rescue responded to a two vehicle accident near the intersection of 9th Ave and 6th St SE.  Engine 4, Medic 5, and Medic 3 responded to the incident.  A car and pickup collided on the roadway causing significant damage to the driver side door of the car.  One patient was treated and transported to the hospital.  Another person was treated and released on scene.  Crews were on scene for about 30 minutes clearing fluids and debris from the roadway.
